Jackpot City deposit methods
Instant EFT is the quickest route: City Pay, Capitec by City Pay and Ozow take deposits from R10 up to R1,000,000. Visa and Mastercard cover the same range, Apple Pay runs up to R50,000 and Samsung Pay up to R40,000. Bank EFT works with FNB, Standard Bank, ABSA and Nedbank from R50, and Zapper is available too. How to make a deposit

- Open My Account.
- Select Deposit Funds.
- Choose your deposit method.
- Follow the prompts for that method.
Use a card or bank account in your own name and keep the payment confirmation until it appears in your transaction history.
When a deposit takes a moment
If an instant deposit is complete on your side, refresh your balance. If it still needs attention, send PDF proof of the deposit to support by live chat or email, and the team matches it to your account, usually within 48 hours.
Jackpot City withdrawal methods
Withdrawals go by EFT to your own bank account, from R50 and up to R500,000 a day, or through ABSA CashSend, Standard Bank Instant Money and Nedbank Send-iMali, which clear within the hour. 1Voucher payouts arrive within minutes. Jackpot City pays to the account or method you supply in your own name, and charges no withdrawal fees.

- Add your bank-account details.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
- Share any FICA information Jackpot City asks for.
How long can a withdrawal take?
With your documents in place, a withdrawal can be completed within minutes to an hour, and most are finished within 24 business hours. Bank EFT then follows your bank’s processing days.
FICA and account matching
Jackpot City asks for FICA information before the first withdrawal. Complete it through Jackpot City support, with the same name on your account, documents and banking method, and every payout after that moves smoothly. Keep your password, card details and one-time codes to yourself.
